A study of linen using the grid. The grid is inherent in weaving, in this piece, I wanted to place the grid front and center using a shag technique. This weaving is handwoven using  100% French linen and is hand dyed using plants. The colours in this weaving are warm greys and golden yellows reminiscent of marigolds.

Because I've used natural dyes, this weaving with fade over time adding an even more organic element to the textile. This is not a defect, it's a characteristic of natural dyes.

Measurements: 20" x 37"

This woven wall art is easy to hang (instructions and nails included).

Your order will be shipped within 3 days of ordering. If you are overcharged more than $5, you will be refunded the difference. Because my work is not a standard size, it is sometimes difficult to calculate an exact shipping amount for every location even within a particular country. My apologies in advance.
